Every morning I sit at my desk picking at the emails that have sprouted overnight. My desk faces the open door of the sales floor, leading to the stairwell. Reliably, the third person to come upstairs every day is Caleb Franklin, lead finisher turned welder. Caleb is putting away his lunch for the day- which almost always includes cheese and crackers, and he’s followed by his ‘Short Tailed African Cougar Hound’ Luther –my favorite shop dog.

How’s My Riding?
The van is dead! Long live the van! Moots welcomed a sweet new grey Dodge Sprinter into our lives this morning and while most of the crew took a moment to check out the new wheels I can't remember a single tear shed for the trusty and long serving white Moots van, now demoted to recycling runs and Moots Factory Team race support...cruel cruel world. The new ride will be seen streaking across the country from CO to CA next week as we head to Sea Otter and dealer visits on the left coast so give a beep if you see us on the road. The old white panel van meanwhile will make a sentimental journey to the Fruita Fat Tire Fest and if you see THAT on the road I caution against following too closely, something could fall off at anytime!

Hey donate it to me! We have to give up a car and will be stuck with only one in the family. I am choosing for lack of a better word to commute for th next 5 years. Would love to have a Moots hand me down for the winter months!
