Moab Skinny Tire Festival……
Is anyone going to be in Moab this coming weekend? Moots will be there supporting the
Skinny Tire Festival with free demos to Festival participants. Things get under way on Friday February 29th with registration, and then the rides kick off Saturday morning and go through Tuesday. We will be bringing a great sampling of Vamoots and Compact road bikes for riders to spend an entire day out on the roads around Moab. Routes include a 51 mile ride out and back along the Colorado River, then a 58 mile "gallop" out to Dead Horse Point, a easy cruise on the Portal road then finishing off with a spectacular ride through Arches National Monument. This is a Lance Armstrong Foundation fund raiser with those miles going towards a great cause. Moots will be set up each morning and afternoon at the Archway Inn sizing up demos for riders. We will also have a good number of the Moots production staff rolling out those miles over the four day event. If you can make it, please stop by and see us. If you would like to reserve a demo mail me at:
.
The above photo is a Moots “spin class” that some of our fanatical riders have been doing over the winter months in an effort to keep those winter pounds off…. They meet every Wednesday at 4:30 in the miter shop. If you happen to be in town with your bike and a wind trainer stop by for the “fun”. Silly I tell you, silly.
Hope to see you in Moab.

I love the cinder block wheelie does this simulate riding up-hill? I see one chap on rollers what’s wrong with the rest of the bunch? Looks like everyone is having a great time.
I think the dog has the right attitude and kudos to the biker chick willing to put up the guys.
Uhh Aren’t there two biker chicks?
I think they are watching Opra? Rollers or wind trainers, we don’t fault either one. And yes, two biker chicks! I’m gonna have to start riding soon to keep up.
I wish I was there. Would like to see how it’s overthere .......
Spin class? Tell me why the dog is sleeping then?
My oversight. I should have said biker chickSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Hey, I like the new travel coffee mugs. So for whoever is responsible for that choice, take a bow. Bravo.
